The tried and true methods of lifting weights in a periodization scheme help you attain a stronger more explosive you. with 18 years experience in strength and conditioning I was able to reach 240 lbs from 170 lbs in my 20's with the right hypertrophy program knowledge. I also have a wide variety of experience in explosive power, strength, and toning programs available at hand to help you achieve your goals.
